  • Have you made any changes to your business operation(s)?
  • Have you moved your business location(s) or changed your business mailing address?
  • Has there been an increase or decrease in your company’s sales?
  • Do you have additional certificate requirements or need to update certificate holder list?

Property

  • Have you made improvements or changes to your existing location(s)?
  • Have you purchased or sold any buildings?
  • Have you purchased, sold or replaced property (e.g., computer equipment, tools, etc)?

Workers’ Compensation

  • Have there been any changes in your staffing that could increase or decrease payrolls?

Automobile

  • Have you purchased, sold or replaced any vehicles used for company business?

Other Insurance Considerations

  • Has your business expanded overseas? If yes, consider International coverage.
  • Do you store customer or employee data, including private information (social security numbers, credit or debit card numbers?) If yes, consider Data Breach Liability coverage.
  • Are you concerned about being sued by employees for harassment, discrimination or wrongful termination? If yes, consider higher limits for Employment Practice Liability.
