We’re Hiring!

Our growing insurance agency is seeking a full time Account Manager. This is a customer service remote position. No experience in insurance? We are willing to train and license the right candidate. Ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Requirements

Highly effective communication skills – oral and written

Experience in sales or client service environment preferred

Ability to handle high inbound call volume

Detail oriented

Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment

Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Honest, dependable, and punctual

Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required

Highly motivated and a team player

Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers

College degree preferred or HS diploma with industry experience

P & C license or working toward licensing

Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to)

Assist clients with policy changes and policy related questions

Assist existing clients with renewal policy reviews and re quoting as needed

Escalate claims as needed and work with management to secure a positive outcome for the client

Delegate non-licensed tasks to back-office support, while tracking and managing those tasks until completed

Quote, bind and issue existing client proposals

Communicate with clients, potential clients and business partners via phone, email, and text

Communicate and work with underwriters to secure the best possible outcome for a client

Exceeding client retention goals

Counseling and advising prospects and policyholders on matters of insurance coverage that is tailored to their specific need

Consultative approach to insurance (understanding pain-points of customers and addressing their needs through solutions selling)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 year + Commission
